General Terms for All Services:

Due to the nature of the services offered on our Platform—particularly those scheduled for a specific date or time—the right of withdrawal does not apply once the booking is finalized. By confirming a booking, the User expressly agrees to forfeit their right of withdrawal upon full or partial execution of the service, in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws.

If the User does not attend the scheduled activity, arrives late, or fails to bring the necessary identification (e.g., ID or passport when required for monument access), they will not be eligible for any refund.

Services Including Monument or Museum Entry or Audio guides

Once a booking has been submitted and payment completed, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after the purchase is made.
  • Modifications to the name, date, or time of the reservation are not allowed.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
  • From the moment the reservation request is submitted, the service is considered final.

Exceptions for Refunds may apply only under the following circumstances:

  • The monument is unavailable or closed due to issues attributable to the site itself.
  • Specific regulatory provisions require ticket refunds.
  • Travel is officially restricted or prohibited by government mandates at the time of the activity.

In such cases, Users will receive a full refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note: Ticket management or processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Services Not Including Monument Entry or Audio guides

For bookings that do not include monument access or audio guides, the following cancellation terms apply:


If a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen events such as a pandemic or other force majeure situations, the amount paid will be converted into a credit voucher valid for any of our services within a 2-year period. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
